The Gilbert and One Lackington - Shortlisted 2022 BCO Awards

We were absolutely thrilled to find out that The Gilbert and One Lackington had been shortlisted in the 2022 British Council for Offices (BCO) Awards, Refurbished / Recycled Workplace category.

The Gilbert, a refurbishment in the truest sense of the word with over 90% of the existing structure retained, is a quirky and characterful building with a focus on well-being and lifting the spirits with six pocket parks and a beautiful ‘green heart’ at the centre of the building. We restored this beautiful building for Brookfield Properties.

Winners of the London Region awards will be announced on 26th April 2022. Congratulations to all the team who worked on this project.
