A substantial refurbishment and extension of an existing 1930’s building designed by Frederick Gould and Giles Gilbert Scott to providing over 200,000 sqft of B1 Net lettable Office Space over 10 floors including a lower ground and basement levels.

Additional net area has been provided through roof extensions at the fourth, sixth and seventh floors, including the formation new roof top terraces at fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh floors. New plant was installed to basement areas and at rooftop to 6th and 7th floors.

The interior of the building was substantially reconfigured to provide a new centralised fire fighting core and the refurbishment of 4 retained cores. New reception areas as well as new cycle storage and cyclist facilities have been added.
