News — 24 Nov 2025
Planning permission has been secured for the major repositioning of 108 Old Broad Street in the City of London.
The consent allows for the major reimagining of 108 Old Broad Street which will deliver 120,000 sq ft of amenity-rich workspace with high sustainability credentials. The building sits in a prime office location between Liverpool Street & Bank in the heart of the City’s financial district.
Stiff+Trevillion and Patrizia will convert the existing 1990s building into a modern, highly sustainable office destination. The scheme will introduce new upper-level extensions, including a seventh-floor pavilion and expansive landscaped terrace, alongside enhanced street presence on Old Broad Street, upgraded amenities, and a fully electric, smart-enabled services strategy targeting EPC A, BREEAM Excellent and WiredScore Gold. In total, the project will deliver around 15% more net lettable area of high-quality workspace and significantly strengthening its offer to future occupiers.
Construction is targeted to commence early in 2026 ahead of completion in 2027.
