The refurbishment of an existing 1990's building to create Grade A office space. The scheme aims to maximise net lettable area without a significant increase in massing, reimagine under-utilised spaces and maximise light on office floorplates and improve floor to ceiling heights. Terraces and open spaces plus a top floor extension will add space and well-being facilities for prospective building users. A new end of journey facility on the lower ground floor will be designed along with a vastly improved reception and arrival experience to produce a refreshed office suitable for either a single headquarters or for multiple occupancy.
