Jamie's Italian Bristol
Its proximity to Bath determined that this restaurant should feel very different. It occupies a sloping corner site which creates a multi level interior. There are four principle spaces and a private room. The design makes the most of the complexity of the interior, and creates very different moods in each of the spaces. The chandelier above the stairs is made using test tubes, a nod to the work of the physician William Budd who used the building in the 19th Century.
