The Brick (previously known as Hathaway House) is mixed use scheme on Woodfield Road, W9.

The project saw the demolition of the existing poor quality commercial buildings and the redevelopment of the site providing a mixed use scheme with much needed homes and employment space for the area.

The scheme provides 78 residential apartments with many units having dual or triple aspect windows and panoramic views. Nineteen of these units are designated as Affordable Accommodation.

Office and healthcare space are provided at ground floor level with further office space spread over 3 storeys in a dedicated block running along the southern edge of the site overlooking the canal.

The basement has created car and cycle parking, refuse storage, and plant and also re-provides NHS car parking previously located on the site.

Amenity spaces have been created in the residential entrance cloister and garden, communal roof garden at 6th floor level, private balconies and terraces. Plans also include a landscaped approach to the canal, and include public realm improvements and planting opportunities to the adjacent roads.
