Seven Dials Market, London Borough of Camden

Kerb is a social initiative helping London’s best street food traders transition to bricks-and-mortar businesses via their incubator and showcase, Seven Dials Market near Covent Garden. With a limited budget, our design works hard within the former banana storage warehouse, making the most of the as-found space, which includes a historic alleyway and an arcaded atrium. Douglas fir joinery softens the concrete shell, while bespoke fixtures – including London’s first cheese sushi conveyor – create a space as suitable for events as it is for dining.
