With retail at ground floor and 19 apartments above, the Victorian terrace facing Notting Hill Gate will be retained and reused, preserving the Dundee Marmalade " ghost sign". The corner building will be stripped back to the frame extended and re-elevated in Portland stone. Notting Hill Gate is being re-evaluated and this project marks the first consented scheme in its regeneration.
