One Basinghall Avenue saw the refurbishment of the basement to 2nd Floor & roof level for Standard Chartered Bank - who remained in occupation on the 3rd-10th Floor during the work. The brief also included upgrades to core areas and importantly a move to an all-electric building with new roof terraces to encourage biodiversity.
