40 Bank Street sits in the centre of Canary Wharf, London's Docklands. The brief was to refresh and rejuvenate the rather tired reception, lift lobbies and provide new facilities to encourage cycling and walking to work. The brief also included creating new retail spaces and refurbishing the existing units to encourage new and exciting tenants.
