21 Bloomsbury Street is a remodelling and full refurbishment providing 85,000 sq ft of premium commercial office space. It retains a Queen Anne facade across two elevations where the mansard was extended to form a new sixth floor. This also facilitated a new seventh floor pavilion and extensively landscaped roof terrace. A new brick facade was introduced to the southern elevation with tiered terraces and winter garden at ground floor offering 6,500 sq ft of outdoor space where the previous building had none.
