Wyvil Road Scheme achieves planning consent

Wyvil Road, SW8, achieved planning consent at last night's (7.03.17) Lambeth Committee Meeting.
The scheme, for Alchemi Group, proposes the demolition of existing structures on the site and replacing them with three new buildings:
- One new 8 storey building providing 23 residential apartments, and one ground floor retail unit
- One 36 storey building located in the centre of the site, providing 249 residential apartments, residential amenities, and two retail units.
- One 10 storey building creating 4468m2 of flexible office space
In addition 33 parking spaces will be created (28 of which are suitable for disabled users) at basement level with residential and office cycle parking offered on the ground floor.
A new pedestrian route to cut through the site is also proposed alongside extensive landscaping and public realm improvements, at ground floor, first floor and roof gardens.
