Themed around a traditional nineteenth centaury Parisian Grand Café, the design has retained and refurbished the listed elements including an ornate fibrous plaster ceiling to the ground floor café, bar and private room. A marble staircase links the three floors and the balustrade from the listed stair was used as a design reference for the new railing to the double height void.

The Award ceremony takes place on 15 May 2014.
