Planning achieved for Soho Square residential project

News — 19 Apr 2016

This residential scheme for Hermes Investment Management was approved at last night's Westminster Planning Committee meeting (19 April 2016).

The project entails demolition of the current facades and existing fourth, fifth and sixth floor levels, and the errection of new facades on Greek Street, Soho Square and Bateman Buildings. The replacement of the fourth, fifth, sixth floors and a new seventh floor level will create 21 residential units.

New terraces will be created at fifth and sixth floor level with Juliette balconies fitted to all facades. A new plant area will be established at roof level. The basement and ground floor will be retail featuring a mix of financial services and cafes.
