Planning consent to re-position 50 Berkeley Street and 50 Stratton Street has been granted - a significant project for Astrea Asset Management. The completed scheme will comprise of 270,000 sq.ft. of fully refurbished offices along with private and communal rooftop terraces across both buildings.
Both buildings will have substantial 'end of trip' facilities and significantly enhanced amenities and environmental performance with the scheme targeting a minimum of BREEAM 'Excellent'.
In addition to office space, 50 Stratton Street will also offer restaurant and retail at ground level. Construction is expected to commence in Summer 2022.
