Planning Consent for Mid-Town Refurbishment - Red Lion Square

Planning consent was granted in July 2025 for the comprehensive refurbishment of 31-year-old office building to provide flexible class A commercial office accommodation in a key Mid-Town Location.

The scheme will see the complete reimagining of an existing office building on Red Lion Square, including a full façade replacement and extensions at 4th floor and roof level. Providing revitalised office space with a new roof-top pavilion and garden terraces and office amenity on the ground floor.
