On tour - Pavilion Road

Last Thursday Stiff+Trevillion & Cadogan Estate led members of The London Society on a tour along Pavilion Road. Matthew Ryan from Cadogan, Sean Crummey and Emily Watson from Stiff+Trevillion explained the process and thinking that created this new food-led destination street.

Matthew explained the long-term approach to development favoured by Cadogan and Emily and Sean shared the 'key move' of the scheme, relocating the service yard. The old service yard is now a leafy public courtyard and Pavilion Road a pedestrianised - between Symons Street and Cadogan Gardens - foodie haven, an ideal spot to linger at any time of the day.
