NLA Study Tour - Woolgate 14th Jan 2026

Why not start the new year with a visit to Woolgate? The NLA study tour on Wednesday 14th January will be showing off this landmark City retrofit scheme.

Emily Watson, S+T director and Laura Collins, Senior Development Director at Stanhope PLC will be leading a tour of this reimagined building. Woolgate now includes 345,000 sq ft of net internal space along with 20,000sq ft of external terraces and a new rooftop pavilion offering outstanding views across to St Paul's Cathedral.

The development achieved net zero carbon in both construction and operation thanks to an ambitious reuse and retention strategy, which preserved 98% of the existing structure. All-electric and fuelled by 100% green power, this building sets a new standard for sustainability in the City of London.
