Lance Routh at FOOTPRINT+

On Wednesday 13th May, Lance Routh is joining a breakfast briefing at this year's FOOTPRINT+, on Delivering Net Zero in Retrofit: Vision, Design and Delivery'. Using Tower Bridge Court  (TBC.London) as a live project, the session explores how one of London’s first all-electric, net-zero-carbon retrofit workplaces translated its energy ambition into measurable operational performance.

Bringing together developer, architect and engineering perspectives, the panel will focus on the decisions that mattered — from early-stage targets through to delivery on site and in operation.  The session will be chaired by Karl Stauss, Head of Client Delivery - AET Flexible Space and Lance will be joined on the panel by Basil Demeroutis, Managing Partner - FORE Partnership and  Robert Smith, Managing Director - Material Index.
