City Road Planning Consent

We are delighted to announce planning permission has been granted for our project at 186 City Road for Shorea Capital and Native Land.

The project involves a comprehensive renovation and extension of the existing late Victorian building to create 43,000 sqft of modern office space for small to medium sizes businesses. The design involves rebuilding and extending the upper four floors reflecting the language and rhythm of the existing lower façade in a contemporary manner. A new repositioned core has been proposed to open up floor plates and improve efficiency.

The building will have a fully electric M&E design, low carbon CLT slab construction and green/blue roofs targeting a BREEAM Excellent rating. Congratulations to all the team.
