Buspace Planning consent

Buspace, a mixed use development of two interconnected buildings on a constrained site in Kensal Town, North Kensington, was granted planning consent on Thursday 29th Feb 2024.

The consented scheme consists of 6,428.s sqm of high quality flexible commercial space including offices, light industrial, restaurant and a café plus 3,021.9 sqm for residential use across 30 new homes. The plans also include a roof terrace and courtyard garden at mezzanine level for residents along with secure cycle storage and changing facilities.

The site was originally the Middle Row Bus Garage that opened in 1910, closing in August 1981 with vehicles being transferred to the new Westbourne Park garage. The building was then converted into Buspace Studios, providing approximately 70 Office/workshop units.
