Building 8, Bankside Yards approved by Planners

Our project, Building 8 at Bankside Yards for Native Land, has been approved by the London Borough of Southwark. The building forms part of Native Land's sustainable scheme, Bankside Yards, the UK's first fossil-fuel free mixed-use development. Congratulations to the team.

Building 9 is a key part of the Bankside Yards development vision. The project will deliver an exemplar office building with ‘best-in-class’ sustainable credentials and environmental responsibility; optimum health & wellbeing; offering generous and flexible workspace, together with enjoyment in amenity areas and an enhanced Public Realm.
