Arding & Hobbs RIBA London Award Winner

Last night (14.05.26), Arding & Hobbs was recognised in the London region RIBA Awards.  The judges described the project as, “Thoughtful design reconciling heritage, sustainability, and contemporary urban life’.

Working with W.RE the project reimagined the iconic Grade II listed purpose-built department store at the heart of Clapham Junction, transforming it into a dynamic mixed-use destination. This award celebrates the sensitive restoration and bold reinvention of a much-loved local landmark.
