20 Old Broad Street Achieves Planning Consent

20 Old Broad Street, our project for the Tower Ltd Partnership, has now been granted planning permission.

The scheme involves the redevelopment of an existing office building within the Tower 42 Estate in the City of London into a 154-key hotel.

Works on site are due to kick off shortly with the demolition and enabling works contractor.
