Planning consent has been granted for a mixed-use development on this key corner in Notting Hill Gate.  With retail at ground floor and 19 apartments above, the Victorian terrace facing Notting Hill Gate will be retained and reused, preserving the Dundee Marmalade " ghost sign".  The corner building will be stripped back to the frame extended and re-elevated in Portland stone.  Notting Hill Gate is being re-evaluated and this project marks the first consented scheme in its regeneration.
