Planning secured for Kings Cross Road project

Planning consent has been granted at 207 - 215 Kings Cross Road for the refurbishment of an existing office block with extension to the rear.
Externally new glazing and stone cladding to the ground floor façade, along with new windows throughout plus second floor terraces and first floor extension, will refresh the existing building.
Internally, a new reception and full refurbishment of all floors is planned. In addition, the creation of a new lower ground and ground floor unit, accessible through a separate entrance and connected via a large opening in slab along with new folded metal stair, will create a light new office space in this busy quarter.
