Planning consent for S+T project on Portpool Lane, EC1

Planning consent for S+T's scheme for MJW, 1 - 5 Portpool Lane, was approved at last night's (21 July 2015) Camden planning committee meeting. The sheme will demolish the existing linear outdated building and replace it with a high quality contemporary brick + bronze mixed used development that will enhance architectural merit of the area.

The building will consist of commercial units at basement and ground with 6 one and two bed apartments on the upper floors, plus balconies, roof terraces and cycle parking.
