Double consent for Stiff + Trevillion & Alchemi Group

Westminster Planning Committee gave consent to two schemes at the same committee meeting last night (16.4.13). The 54 flat office to residential scheme at 55 Victoria Street was granted approval despite the officers recommendation that it should be refused on grounds of height. Planning Sub Committee Chairman Cllr Robert Davis praised the quality of S+T 's design and the permission was granted on a majority vote.

Westbourne House, another office to residential conversion providing 20 flats, was also consented, again with praise for the 'high quality design'.

Both schemes will proceed to tender in the next few weeks.
