99 Charterhouse Street granted planning consent

News — 09 Mar 2017

Planning consent has been granted for the re-modelling of a 1980’s office building in the Charterhouse Square conservation area, providing 3,500sqft GEA of high quality B1 office space and flexible retail space at ground floor. This promises to be an exciting redevelopment in a fast changing part of London.

Proposals were approved to re-clad the Charterhouse Street elevation with new brickwork and install new thermally efficient bay windows. The building will also be extended at roof level creating set-back storeys which provide external terraces for office tenants and preserve the townscape of the conservation area.

New cyclist facilities will also be provided as part of the redevelopment.
