40 Beak Street project approved

40 Beak Street, a project in the heart of Soho, was approved at last night's Westminster Planning Meeting (15 September 2015).

The project will see the demolition and redevelopment of an existing Police Section house into a new five storey building (plus basement). A glazed brick facade and a collaboration with artist Lee Simmons, who is designing the decorative corner reveal / cornice, will create a unique and interesting building with restaurant at ground floor, office above and a terrace at roof level.
