131 Sloane Street shortlisted for WAF Award 2016

131 Sloane Street has been shortlisted in the 2016 World Architecture Festival Awards in the Mixed Use Category. One of only three UK projects in the category and one of only 25 UK schemes shortlisted overall.

131 Sloane Street, for the Cadogan Estate, achieved Practical Completion in February this year and comprises of retail at ground floor and five levels of offices above with a recessed courtyard to the rear. The courtyard opens onto lower ground floor retail frontages and a restaurant and has created a new public space for the area. Small independent retail units face Pavilion Road.

Winners will be announced at the World Architect Festival taking place in Berlin, 16 - 18 November 2016.
