Bramley Road, W10

This project sees the replacement of 1970's office building alongside associated landscaping improvements to a triangular-shaped backland site, accessed from Bramley Road, W10 6SR, adjacent to the A40 Westway.

The existing buildings comprise a 5-storey podium and block construction.  In order to make the existing buildings a practical ongoing concern, and to satisfy the equality act, significant internal alterations, repairs and improvements were required, which made refurbishment and extension options unviable.

The new building is designed with an efficient layout and structure to suit the modern office worker.  Commercial area has been increased, but massing is regulated by a series of set-backs and terraces, to respect the neighbouring properties and daylight and sunlight requirements.

Planning consent for this new office building was granted in November 2016.
